Summary:
The Surveyor Position is responsible with surveying earth's surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mining or other purposes under the direction of the Senior Projects Manager, designated engineering staff and/or Lead Surveyor. Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe work performed. Surveyor is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and securing his/her Surveying Equipment.
Essential Functions:
- Stake out design features for construction
- Gather quantities for upcoming work
- Gather completed Quantities
- Identify anomalies between design and existing site features.
- Follow Directions
