Summary:
Responsible for providing primary administrative support including organizing, scheduling, coordinating, compiling and distributing information.
Essential Functions:
- All functions will be performed while not disclosing confidential information
- Provide assistance with administrative functions in a timely, professional and consistent manner as directed by management or the support staff.
- Assist management and support staff to compile narrative or statistical information for input to standard reports as directed.
- Assist management and support staff with records management and maintain up to date computerized and/or hard copy files as directed.
- Create and distribute documents and correspondence as requested by management and support staff.
- Assist management to check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Code documents as directed by management and according to company and job procedures
- Conduct business errands requiring driving, i.e., purchasing, delivering supplies, etc.
- Operate a computer, 10-key calculator, scanner and copy machine to perform calculations and produce and maintain record keeping/documentation.
- Enter data from timesheets into maintenance program.
- Track and report oil changes and maintenance due reports.
- Update equipment locations daily from manifests and timesheets.
Other Tasks:
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and preferably is able to perform other tasks satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum:
- Three months job related experience.
- Must possess a valid state driver license.
Preferred:
- One year’s administrative, secretarial, or other business office experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Knowledge of and ability to apply administrative support functions, procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, scheduling and other office procedures and terminology.
- Knowledge of basic book keeping principles and practices.
- Knowledge of office protocol and the ability to effectively work as a member of a team.
- Knowledge of and ability to use computer hardware, electronic data base management, and related software.
- Knowledge of and ability to use office equipment, i.e., phones, copier, fax and remote project satellite phones and radios.
- Ability to work with written and computerized data.
- Ability to accurately perform mathematical computations and operate 10 key by touch.
- Ability to communicate information in writing so others will understand.
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally with others.
